Governance is considered one of the most important model trends in business management, and it includes most of the important stages of: reviewing, supervision and achieving integrity and transparency. A lot of organizations in the society started sorting their businesses in accordance with their own international and local standards.

Governance is also considered a tight map to achieve sustainable development. Governance and an educated organization together are considered from the most important pillars of achieving sustainable developments to organizations, as they help the organization to develop successful strategic plans based on the main principles of governance, as well as the methods of transforming those plans into operational work and that’s through creating an advisory board, executive management board and different methods of organizing the relationship between all parties alongside with a consistent way of censoring deviation and promoting honesty, integrity and transparency, as well as transforming all the outputs into theories that the organization can learn from to be able to use them in overcoming the crises that are afflicting them specially in this age of rapid change.
