Goals:

In this program, the participant will be able to understand the theories of strategic planning, as well as the ingredients for the success of these plans, and the member of the Council will be able to know his primary role in the success of strategic plans and know the international standards for the success of governance applications in civil society organizations and what is the leadership and creative role to activate Strategic plans, as well as a set of successful experiences that were able to achieve their strategic plans according to governance standards, whereby the participant can apply them on the ground.
